Farm Tables
We have 3 farm tables with benches and chairs for guest seating.
Bar Area
Our counter-height island is the perfect place to place your drinks. We also have an ice bucket and large beverage tub available for your use.
Signage
The rental comes with a customized welcome sign on the front porch and sandwich board sign out by the main road.
Shelving
There is plenty of display shelving for your own personal decor and mementos. They can also be used for gifts or favors!
Soft Seating
A velvet blue couch, floral love seat, arm chairs and coffee table are a comfortable place for your guests to land.
Budvases
The cottage rental comes with 9 budvases of fresh florals placed at every table.
Runners
We have rose silk, dusty blue silk, or ivory macrame table runners, no additional charge.
On-site Parking
We have plenty of parking in our gravel parking lot behind our building as well as the paved parking lots near the main road.
Dessert Dresser
Our charming dresser serves as a beautiful display for your desserts or treats!
Charger Plates
In house we have copper, silver and gold acrylic chargers to elevate your tablescape, no additional charge.
Kitchenette
The kitchenette includes white serving ware, vintage teacups, saucers, vintage dessert plates, microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator, and tea kettle. We also supply garbage bags and cleaning supplies

Our space is wheel chair accessible.
Buffet
Our built in buffet makes a convenient place to serve your food.
Display Trays
We have several options of display dishes and trays for all your treats.
Guest of Honor Seat
You have your choice of either a beautiful pink velvet or bohemian style rattan chair for the honored guest to sit and open gifts (Florals are an additional charge).

Think everything food, beverage and the related. While some choose to make their own food and bring it in for their intimate event, you are welcome to use any caterer that you wish! We will send you a list of recommended vendors that have worked in our space upon booking.
