The Flower Cottage: An Intimate Event venue & Floral Studio in Wexford, PA

The Flower Cottage is the working floral studio of Sapphire & Lace Design and a thoughtfully curated space available to rent for intimate gatherings. Located in Wexford, PA, the cottage blends a charming, garden-inspired aesthetic with the flexibility to host bridal showers, elopements, workshops, small celebrations, and creative events.

What’s Included When You Rent The Flower Cottage

• Farm tables and chairs to comfortably seat up to 24 guests

• A dedicated buffet counter for serving food and refreshments

• A styled bar area for drinks and toasts, complete with a champagne bucket and standing cooler

• A vintage dresser for displaying desserts, cakes, or favors

• A cozy soft-seating lounge accommodating 5–6 guests, featuring a blue velvet couch, loveseat, and armchair

• Gold shelving throughout the cottage to display personal photos, gifts, favors, and decorative details

• A custom welcome sign displayed on the front porch to greet your guests

• Nine bud vases of fresh flowers, designed in your chosen color palette and styled on the tables

• Curated tabletop accents, including gold and silver charger plates and silk runners in champagne, rose, dusty blue, and sage green

• Access to our kitchenette, stocked coffee maker, vintage teacups and saucers, dessert plates, serving platters, and tiered cake stands. We are also stocked with garbage bags, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.

• A sonos speaker system that you can connect to Spotify or iTunes

• Access to an on-site restroom for guest convenience

• On-site parking available in our gravel parking lot

• Beverages, including non-alcoholic drinks

• Ice, coffee, tea, or condiments

• Disposable or specialty serving items such as plates, napkins, cups, and utensils

Food and beverage service is not included with your rental. Clients are welcome to bring their own food, desserts, and beverages—including their own alcohol—or to work with any caterer of their choice. From casual sandwich trays and bakery pickups to professionally prepared drop-off catering, we encourage hosts to plan what best fits their gathering.
