Spring Wedding at Carnegie Music Hall

There’s something truly magical about a spring wedding at Carnegie Music Hall—the grandeur of the venue, the romance of the season, and the perfect balance of timeless elegance and fresh, modern details. For this stunning celebration, we brought the garden indoors with lush, oversized floral arrangements, soft spring textures, and an abundance of fluffy blooms. The result? A wedding that felt both classic and contemporary, effortlessly sophisticated and utterly romantic.

A Formal Color Palette with a Fresh Twist

The couple chose a formal color palette of black, white, deep greenery, and shades of whites and ivories. This timeless combination set the tone for an elegant affair while allowing the florals to bring a soft, organic touch to the space. The groom’s emerald green suit jacket was a modern, fashion-forward choice that subtly updated the classic black-tie look—such a stylish way to infuse personality into a formal wedding!

Bringing the Garden Indoors

Fluffy spring florals were at the heart of the design, creating a lush, romantic feel throughout the venue. Towering centerpieces, brimming with voluminous blooms and delicate textures, filled the grand reception space, making it feel like a refined indoor garden. One of our favorite details? The cascading spirea, which added a whimsical movement to the arrangements and became a standout element in the bridal bouquet.

An Enchanting Head Table

The head table display was a true showstopper. Lush arrangements spilled across the table, while delicate candle votives hung overhead, creating a soft, flickering glow. The combination of florals and candlelight made for the most intimate and breathtaking ambiance—an unforgettable setting for the couple to celebrate with their loved ones.

A Timeless Design with a Modern Edge

While the overall aesthetic leaned classic and refined, the couple found ways to bring fresh, modern details into their design. Their seating chart, (created by the groom’s sister!) featuring their wedding logo, added a contemporary touch, seamlessly blending tradition with a current, personalized feel. These small but thoughtful elements helped make the day feel uniquely theirs while still honoring the timeless elegance of their vision.
